Overview

Together with our Statement of Business Principles, the Standards of Business Conduct underpin our commitment to high standards of corporate behavior. While the Statement of Business Principles sets out our beliefs and values as an organization, the Standards of Business Conduct apply those values and principles to specific situations which may arise in our day-to-day business life. They are intended to ensure that the actions of Group companies and employees are lawful and in line with the standards that we expect, and also to provide guidance to support our employees in making appropriate judgments and decisions in the course of their work.

We all have a personal responsibility to ensure that we conduct ourselves at all times in accordance with the Standards of Business Conduct. There should be no gap between what we say and what we do. A crucially important element of this is the commitment to an open culture where people feel secure in seeking advice and raising concerns. If you are unsure of what to do in particular circumstances or have concerns about suspected wrongdoing at work, then you have an obligation to speak up. Our whistle-blowing policy and procedures enable you to do so in confidence and without fear of reprisal, provided that your concerns are raised in good faith.

Our Standards of Business Conduct will be revised from time to time to reflect developments and issues affecting corporate conduct and values. All stakeholders in the Company need to be aware of these Standards of Business Conduct.

Our Objective

  • We intend to conduct our business with honesty, integrity and transparency. This is not only the right thing to do but is also critical to the continuing development of a business that is responsible, successful and sustainable in the long term.

  • Our Standards of Business Conduct express the high standards of business integrity that we require from our employees worldwide. As such, they play a key role in the PowerSource strategy.

Our Standards

In order to promote the application of consistently high standards of corporate conduct throughout the Group, each operating company within the Group is expected to adopt these Standards of Business Conduct. It is a fundamental policy of The PowerSource Group LLC that all Group companies and all employees must observe and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to them and act with high standards of business integrity.

All employees of Group companies are expected to know, understand and follow these Standards. Contractors, agents and consultants engaged on behalf of any Group company are expected to apply standards of business conduct consistent with the Standards. Employees should report any breaches or inconsistent behavior by any such third party.
